Heat exchangers are mainly innovative applications in the fields of heat transfer and water treatment. Plate heat exchangers are divided into detachable plate heat exchangers, semi welded plate heat exchangers, fully welded plate heat exchangers, plate shell heat exchangers, and tube shell heat exchangers. The company has a large-scale modern production base and has obtained ASME, ISO9001, and CE certifications. It has the qualification for environmental protection professional general contracting and the qualification for manufacturing Class I and Class II pressure vessels.
TECHNICAL PRINCIPLE
The crisscross of two plates is 180°. All plates are welded together. and exchange heat through two short sides of each plate. As its gasket material utilizes the nonmetal materials which don't strech. so the medium temperature W400 P, pressurew 3.0 Mpa. It expands the range of work, and also prolong the usage of cycle. What' s more, reduce the expense of maintenance.
STRUCTURAL COMPOSITION

1. When the flange of the small window is less than or equal to DN65, the small semicircle will be φ=120mm.
2. When the small window flange is DN80-DN100, the small semicircle is φ=160mm.
3. When the small window flange is DN150, the small semicircle is φ=220mm.
4. When the small window flange is DN200, the small semicircle is φ=280mm.
5. Small window opening cross-section to take over the cross-sectional area of 2 times as appropriate.
6. Special circumstances, if the opening is greater than less than half-circle, the small half-circle can be larger than a file.
7. The size of the band # is determined by the heat transfer area.

Product Advantages

01Small flushing volume, economical and environmentally friendly
The small flushing volume of special media is beneficial to environmental protection and reducing operating costs.
02Compact structure and small footprint
The volume of the tube side and shell side of the shell and tube heat exchanger is large. In order for the system to work properly, a large amount of medium must be filled. On the one hand, the semi-welded plate heat exchanger is small in size, and on the other hand, the spacing size is also small, so it occupies a small area, is easy to install, and saves space.
03High heat transfer efficiency and easy maintenance
The plate pair adopts laser welding technology and is sealed with a sealing gasket. It has high heat transfer efficiency, long service life, is not easy to leak, is easy to maintain, and has a high safety factor.
04Low freezing tendency and high antifreeze performance
Since water can form high-speed turbulence in the plate heat exchanger at a low flow rate, the temperature distribution is very uniform, thus reducing the freezing tendency of the chilled water. Even if freezing occurs, it can better withstand the pressure generated by freezing and can continue to be used after freezing, unlike shell and tube heat exchangers, which are prone to tube rupture.
Q1: What is a plate heat exchanger?
A: A plate heat exchanger is a device that uses a series of thin metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. The plates are arranged in a stack and create channels for the fluids to flow through, allowing for efficient heat exchange due to the large surface area of contact.
Q2: What are the advantages of plate heat exchangers?
A: They have a high heat transfer efficiency due to the large surface area of the plates. They are compact in size, which saves space. They are also relatively easy to clean and maintain. Additionally, they can handle a wide variety of fluids and have good thermal response, meaning they can quickly adjust to changes in inlet temperatures.
Q3: What types of fluids can a plate heat exchanger handle?
A: Plate heat exchangers can handle a wide range of fluids including water, oils, gases, refrigerants, and various chemicals. However, the compatibility of the plates and gaskets with the specific fluid needs to be considered to avoid corrosion or damage.
